Shipping We are
FedEx Certified shippers. All live animals will be shipped FedEx Priority Overnight. We will not ship anything live if the
temperature is below 39F or over 95F. We ship using the safest means for the animals safety, NO exceptions period. We use
cooling or heating packs if the weather calls for them, depending on the temperatures outside. We ship anywhere in the
continental United States.
Payment Methods:
We
accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express, and Prefer Paypal for online orders. We also except Postal Money
Orders and Personal Checks
You may also call 1-918-816-6856 to make an order over the phone. If you use a credit card,
your order will ship same day if payment is before 2:00 PM. If you pay by personal check, your order will ship 5 business
days after we receive your check.
Privacy Policy
Contact information including
email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing
the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration
dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
We ship our animals via FedEx Priority Overnight. Shipping generally costs
anywhere between $35 to $65 per box depending on your exact location. Email us your City and Zip Code for an exact shipping
cost quote.
NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CARRIER ERROR: We cannot be held responsible for carrier error. However,
we do guarantee a 7 day live, healthy , excellent feeding, quality animal to start your collection, or ad to an already exsisting
collection to enjoy. Even being a novice animal breeder, I encourage you to keep your pets clean and healthy. It is best for
all of us.
SOMEONE MUST BE PRESENT TO SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE: We are not responsible
if nobody is available to sign for the package. Shipment dates are prearranged based upon weather and your availability to
sign for the package. If nobody is present to sign for the package the carrier will retry the next day. If this happens all
insurance, and guarantees are void.
